KEYNOTE SPEAKER: JANINE TURNER You may know her as Maggie O'Connell' on Northern Exposure or in her current role on Friday Night Lights. A single mom, Ms. Turner is a multi-faceted creative artist and author of the highly acclaimed book Holding Her Head High, which highlights the stories of 12 extraordinary single women from history. Sarah Palin acknowledged her in Going Rogue: “Janine Turner was an eloquent supporter, particularly on the subject of women.” Janine is a lifelong patriot and an articulate and passionate advocate for Conservative principles and issues. BOB BASSO - The acclaimed author, actor and director gained national prominence this past year at Tea Parties and 912 events across the country and on YouTube with his fiery portrayal of revolutionary Thomas Paine, author of “Common Sense.” A former award-winning News Director for NBC-TV, college professor and world renowned expert on managing change, Bob will be attending as himself, bringing with him his unique perspective of what the grassroots movement is really about and how it can be used as a force for change.
